How can I fix my eufyCam C37 (T814X) that won't bind or connect to HomeBase?

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure your app is version 6.0.10 or above

  2. Try binding using your phone's hotspot, then update to the latest firmware

  3. During binding, keep the device 1-2m away from the HomeBase/router

  4. If using HBmini: use a 5V/2A power adapter

  5. If you have another phone available, try using that instead

  6. Watch the binding tutorial video and follow the steps

  • A video showing your binding process (both QR scanning and manual SN entry)

  • The time when you tried
