Try these steps:

Make sure your app is version 6.0.10 or above

After scanning the QR code, confirm the device makes a "beep beep" sound

Try binding using your phone's hotspot, then update the camera to the latest firmware

During binding, keep the device 1-2m away from the HomeBase/router
-
If using HBmini: use a 5V/2A power adapter

Can't scan the QR code on your phone? Check if your phone is in dark mode — switch to light mode or increase screen brightness

Make sure the QR code is fully displayed and not blocked on your screen

This device only supports 2.4G WiFi. If your router uses a mixed 5G/2.4G band, remove "5G" from the WiFi name
