Try these steps:

Check that the HomeBase ethernet cable is securely plugged in, the power adapter is the standard 5V/2A, and the status light is solid blue

Enable Multi-Bridge: Camera Settings > General > WiFi Connection > Multi Bridge > select your router's WiFi > enter password > wait for connection

Check the device signal in the app. If it's only 1-2 bars, try relocating to a spot with stronger signal and rebind
