Try these steps:

Make sure your app is version 6.0.10 or above

Try binding using your phone's hotspot, then update the camera to the latest firmware

During binding, keep the device 1-2m away from the HomeBase/router

If using HBmini: use a 5V/2A power adapter

If you have another phone available, try using that instead

Check the HomeBase ethernet port indicator light and device status light

Reset your HomeBase and try adding it again

Test the same ethernet cable with a computer to confirm your router has internet access
