If you have forgotten your Smart Safe’s Master PIN code, please follow the steps below to securely retrieve your PIN code:

1. Please launch the eufy Security app > Smart Safe Settings > PIN Code > select PIN Code Forgotten on the bottom right corner of where the PIN code is entered.
2. The app will show a pop-up message indicating the PIN code will be sent to your eufy Security account’s registered email address. Please select Yes if you would like to proceed to retrieve your Master PIN code.
3. An email containing your current Master PIN code will be automatically generated and sent to your registered email address. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive the email in the inbox within 10 minutes. 

Note: For security purposes, it is highly recommended to reset your Master PIN code and delete the email that contains your current Master PIN code sent by eufy support at your request.
