In most user environment scenarios, eufy Smart Safe can be placed at a location up to 650ft/200m away from the router. However, you should be able to place the Smart Safe at any location as long as you are able to receive a strong and stable 2.4GHz WiFi signal from your router.

Note: The actual distance between the router and the Smart Safe will vary depending on a number of factors, such as the thickness of walls, the router’s performance and reliability, and the location of the router.
