Please note that it is normal for the Omni Station to emit noises according to its various operations. This article lists the most common operations that will result in the Omni Station emitting noises:

1. Dust Collection Noise: When the Omni Station is automatically emptying the dustbin, you will hear noise from the fan. This is a normal part of the dust collection process and indicates that the fan is working as intended to ensure efficient dust removal.

2. Mop Washing Noise: During the mop cleaning cycle, you may hear a noise that is characteristic of the water pump drawing water. This sound is normal due to the water pump's operation and indicates that the mopping pads are being properly washed.

3. Mop Drying Noise: As the mopping pads are being dried, the Omni Station utilizes an internal fan to expedite the drying process. The sound from the fan is normal and indicates that the mopping pads are being dried.

4. Abnormal Rattling Noise: If you notice an unusual rattling sound, similar to a "clattering" noise, it is recommended to carefully inspect the cleaning tray for any foreign objects. Objects can cause loud sounds when struck by the rapidly spinning mopping pads. Please check the cleaning tray and remove any foreign objects to ensure proper cleaning of the mopping pads.
