What should I do if my X8 Pro Series often gets stuck under furniture?
The eufy Clean X8 Pro Series has a minimum clearance height of 12cm/4.7in, which means that areas with obstacles close to the robot's width or height can easily cause it to get stuck. If the robot gets stuck in such areas frequently, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the firmware version of the robot and make sure it is updated to the latest version to ensure its reliability and performance. eufy engineers constantly release updates to optimize the robot's algorithm logic to prevent the robot from getting stuck in different scenarios. Therefore, it prevents the robot from getting stuck in different scenarios.It is highly recommended to always keep your robot updated to the latest firmware version.
If the robot's firmware is already updated to the latest version, you can also set No-Go zones that act as virtual boundary strips in areas where the robot frequently gets stuck. If possible, please try measuring the height of your furniture. If the height of the furniture is similar to the height of the robot, it may help by raising the furniture to prevent the robot from getting stuck and it will also allow the robot to thoroughly clean those areas.
