The Omni C30 Edge can cross thresholds up to 20 mm high and climb slopes with an angle of up to 15 degrees. If the robot repeatedly gets stuck in the same location, the issue is typically caused by the physical layout of the area. For example, a narrow passage formed by multiple furniture legs may appear passable to the robot, even though the robot cannot maneuver through or free itself from the area.
Please rest assured that the Omni C30 Edge's navigation algorithm will continue to be optimized through OTA firmware updates, improving its ability to navigate challenging environments.

For a permanent solution, set a no-go zone around the affected area in the eufy app.

Open the map in the eufy app.

Create a no-go zone covering the area where the Omni C30 Edge repeatedly gets stuck.

A no-go zone of approximately 20 cm × 20 cm is generally sufficient.
The robot will automatically avoid the designated area during future cleaning cycles.

Apply Bumper Strips to Furniture Legs
As a temporary solution, apply bumper strips around the base of the furniture legs that create the problematic passage. A bumper strip approximately 5 mm thick can help prevent the Omni C30 Edge from entering the problematic space.
