My eufy Smart Safe S10 Cannot Power On

If your eufy Smat Safe S10 is unable to power on, please connect the Smart Safe to either a 5V/1A or a 5V/2A charging adapter (not included) using the provided USB C charging cable, and then plug the charging adapter into a wall outlet to charge the Smart Safe.

 

 

The LED indicator on your Smart Safe S10 will display a flashing blue light while the Smart Safe is charging. Please make sure to fully charge the Smart Safe until the LED indicator turns to a solid blue light.
