A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.

The specific error message or code displayed on the Eufy app or notification alert emitted by the robot mower.

To assist eufy engineers in analyzing your logs, please tap Device Info > Copy Device Info to copy your device information and share it with us.

For device-level troubleshooting, go to Settings > Analysis & Improvement > Upload Device Log to upload your device logs.

For app related issues, go to Settings > About > Upload Log to upload your app logs.

List the troubleshooting steps you have already done.

Provide videos or photos that show the robot mower's behavior and its surrounding environment, especially the exact location where the issue occurs. Please also include environmental details, such as lawn type, lawn boundary, obstacles, and base station placement.

Proof of purchase. A screenshot or photo of your order invoice or receipt.
