Try these steps:

Using a CaslyxOS or HarmonyOS phone? These systems don't support Google Push Services, which our notifications rely on. Try testing with a phone that has Google services

Make sure motion detection is enabled: Camera Settings > Motion Detection

Make sure notifications are enabled for the Eufy Security app: Phone Settings > Notifications > Enable Eufy Security

iOS: Check if "Do Not Disturb" is on. Android: Make sure Eufy Security is added to your battery saver whitelist so it isn't killed in the background

Make sure push notifications are enabled in your security mode: Security > Mode > Select camera > Home/Away > Security Mode Settings > Push Notifications
If the issue persists:
Please contact support with: the exact time an event was recorded but no notification arrived (e.g. July 20, 12:23). Also, upload your app logs via the app (top-left menu > About > Upload Log).
