Try these steps:

1. Set sensitivity to level 4 or lower, and disable "All Motion" detection

2. If a fixed toy or object is being detected as a pet, set that area as a privacy zone or move the object

3. Recommended installation: 2.4m (7.9 ft) height, 5-10 degree downward tilt
