Why does my eufyCam C37 (T814X) show "Not Charging" in the app when using an external solar panel?
Try these steps:

Make sure you're using an official Eufy solar panel. Non-Eufy panels are not supported and won't show a charging icon in the app

If using a Eufy panel but it's not charging:

Clean the panel surface

Check the USB-C connection between the panel and camera — unplug and firmly reconnect

Make sure the panel is in full, direct sunlight
If the issue persists:
Please contact support with a photo of your solar panel, device installation photo, and solar panel installation photo.
