Try these steps:
We recommend setting the pan/tilt speed to level 3 and mounting the camera on a solid wall with all bracket screws fully tightened.
If you hear noise at speed levels 1-3, check:

Are the bracket screws fully tightened? Loose screws amplify motor vibration

Is the camera securely clicked into the bracket?

What surface is it mounted on? Hollow walls, thin boards, or metal panels cause resonance
Tap the mounting surface — does it vibrate noticeably?

→ If any of the above apply, try moving to a solid wall or adding a rubber dampening pad between the bracket and wall
If you hear noise at speed levels 4-5:
This is normal. At higher speeds, the motor produces a slight mechanical sound that does not affect performance. We recommend lowering to level 3: C37 Settings > Pan & Tilt Setting > Pan & Tilt Speed.
