Try these steps:

1. Install at 2.2-2.4m (7.2-7.9 ft) height, 10-20 degree downward tilt. Position so people walk across the camera's field of view (PIR sensors are more sensitive to side-to-side movement). Avoid walls or glass close to either side of the lens to prevent glare

2. In Detection settings, increase sensitivity to "5-7"

3. In Power Manager > Working Mode, select "Optimal Surveillance" and enable "All Other Motions" (note: this uses more battery)

4. Make sure your camera is connected to a HomeBase, or has an SD card inserted and formatted

5. In Activity Zones, confirm your zone covers the walking path and that no key areas are set as privacy zones
