Try these steps:

1. Install at 2.2-2.4m (7.2-7.9 ft) height, 10-20 degree downward tilt. Avoid walls or glass causing glare

2. Face recognition works best at 1-2m (3-7 ft) distance — faces farther away may not be recognized clearly

3. Make sure your camera is connected to an HB3 or HBmini HomeBase (face recognition requires a HomeBase)

4. In the app, check that face detection is enabled

5. In Face Management, try re-tagging faces, or delete and re-add them
