Try these steps:

When the battery is above 95%, the solar panel stops charging to prevent overcharging — this is normal

Check outdoor temperature: below 0°C (32°F) charging efficiency drops; below -10°C (14°F) charging stops

If the app doesn't show a solar charging icon, check for: no direct sunlight, panel not facing the sun, rain/snow/dust on the panel, tree or eave shade

If the app shows a charging icon but the battery still drains:

Did you add an extension cable? Extension cables increase power loss

Check trigger frequency in the app's Power Manager. If there are too many triggers, try: lowering sensitivity from "7" to "3-4"; selecting "Optimal Battery Life Mode"; enabling only "Human Detection"; avoiding pointing the camera at roads or busy areas
