Try these steps:

1. Make sure your camera is connected to an HB3 or T8025 HomeBase (face recognition requires a HomeBase)

2. Recommended installation: 2.4m (7.9 ft) height, 5-10 degree downward tilt. Recognition range: within 6m (20 ft) horizontally

3. Note: Face recognition does not work in night vision mode

4. In the app, go to Face Management and try re-tagging faces, or delete and re-add them
