Try these steps:

Install at 2.2-2.4m (7.2-7.9 ft) height, 10-20 degree downward tilt. Position so movement crosses the field of view. Avoid walls or glass causing glare

In Detection settings, increase sensitivity to "5-7"

In Power Manager > Working Mode, select "Optimal Surveillance" and enable "All Other Motions"

Make sure your camera is connected to a HomeBase, or has an SD card inserted and formatted

In Activity Zones, confirm your zone covers active areas and that no key areas are set as privacy zones
