If you are unable to receive notifications from your eufy Smart Safe S10, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Please make sure you have enabled notifications in your smartphone’s settings.
- Go to your smartphone’s Settings.
- Select Notifications.
- Enable notifications for the eufy Security app.
- For certain Android smartphone models, please make sure you have added the eufy Security app to the app Whitelist in your phone’s settings.
Note: The steps to whitelist an app may be different depending on the specific brand of your Android smartphone.
- Please make sure you have enabled the Notifications function in the Smart Safe Settings.
- Launch the eufy Security app.
- Tap the Devices tab on the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the Smart Safe S10.
- Tap the “...” icon.
- Tap the Gear icon.
- Smart Safe Settings.
- Select General.
- Select Notification.
