If your S2 Pro cannot complete Wi-Fi setup the first time you use it, for example, Bluetooth cannot be found or the setup fails, please follow the steps below.
- Make sure the Wi-Fi name and password are entered correctly, for example, without extra spaces. If there are spaces, delete them and connect again.
-
Make sure the Wi-Fi band of your router is 2.4 GHz. A 2.4 GHz network is required, and the robot cannot connect to 5 GHz networks.
-
Check whether the Wi-Fi name contains icons or special symbols. If it does, the connection may fail. Change the name to letters or numbers only and connect again.
-
Make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
-
Make sure the LED indicator on the robot is flashing white quickly.
-
Disconnect some of the devices connected to the router, then connect again.
-
Make sure the robot, the router, and your phone are close enough to each other for a good Wi-Fi signal, and confirm that the Wi-Fi can connect to the internet normally.
-
Press and hold the recharge button and the start / pause button on the robot at the same time for 3 seconds to reset the Wi-Fi connection, then set up the Wi-Fi connection again.
-
Check whether the Anker eufy app is the latest version (if the corresponding Wi-Fi cannot be found during Wi-Fi setup).
-
If the problem still cannot be solved after you have completed the checks above and retried several times, please contact customer service.
