What should I do if the side brush of my eufy S2 Pro (T210T) is deformed or tangled?
If the side brush is deformed or tangled, the cause depends on when the problem appeared. Please check the following situations.
Check when the deformation happened. If the side brush bristles were already split or deformed when you first unboxed the robot, the side brush arrived defective. Replace it with a new side brush.
If the deformation appeared after long-term use, check how long the side brush has been used. A side brush that has been used for more than 180 hours, or is visibly worn, has reached the end of its service life. Replace it with a new side brush.
If the side brush became seriously deformed after a short period of use because it was tangled with carpets or ropes, the deformation was caused by external snagging. Replace it with a new side brush.
