What should I do if my eufy S2 Pro (T210T) loses communication between the robot and the base station?
If the communication between the robot and the base station is lost, please follow the steps below.
Power cycle the base station. Please disconnect the base station from power, wait at least 10 seconds, then reconnect it. Wait 1 minute and confirm whether the connection is restored.
Restart the robot. Please remove the robot from the base station, turn it off, then place it back in the base station and turn it on. Wait 1 minute and confirm whether the connection is restored.
If the issue persists, please move the robot and base station to a different location (closer to your router, or away from other wireless/electromagnetic devices), and retry the connection.
Restart the router. Disconnect the router from power, reconnect it, and then try again.
If your home has a large number of 2.4G wireless devices that crowd the 2.4G signal and has multiple routers, try disconnecting the devices connected to one of the routers so that only the robot is connected to it, and try the connection again.
