If the robot misses certain rooms or areas, please check the following.

1. If a door is closed during cleaning, the robot considers the room inaccessible and does not enter it. Open the door before the cleaning task starts.
2. The minimum passage width for the robot is 36 cm. If the passage is too narrow, the robot cannot pass through. Move the door or obstacles aside to make the passage wider.
3. Check whether there is a threshold in the room or area. If the threshold is higher than 35 mm, the robot cannot pass through, which causes missed cleaning.
4. Check whether there are carpets that are too thick, such as carpets with a total height above 35 mm or a pile length above 30 mm, or carpets with fringes on all four sides. Long-pile carpets easily cause roller brush blockage errors, so the robot does not go onto them and the area is missed.
5. Check whether there are ultra-thin mats (thinner than 5 mm) or small mats (smaller than 6000 cm2). To avoid brush tangling, the robot drives past them without cleaning, which causes missed cleaning.
6. For mats around pet bowls or litter boxes, the robot does not clean them because of its safety strategy.
7. If there are pets or children at home, they may block the robot so that it cannot pass. Run the cleaning again to confirm whether the area gets cleaned.
8. Foreign objects at the doorway, such as clumps of dog hair, may be mistaken by the robot AI for obstacles, so the robot does not clean there.
9. Cabinet edges or furniture lower than the robot body, such as furniture with a clearance below 10.5 cm underneath, cannot be entered by the robot for cleaning.
10. If an obstacle is moved while the robot is cleaning, and the robot has already cleaned that area, the obstacle is already marked on the map and the robot will not return to clean it in this task. Trigger Spot Cleaning in the app to clean the area again.
