If your S2 Pro shows as offline when you check the Anker eufy app, please follow the steps below.
- Check whether the robot is powered off. Press a button on the robot and see whether the indicator light turns on and you hear a voice prompt. If the robot is out of power, place it back on the base station to charge. The connection can be restored after charging.
-
Restart the robot. Press and hold the start / pause button for 3 seconds to power it off, then press and hold it for 3 seconds to power it on. Check whether the Anker eufy app reconnects to the robot.
-
Reset the robot's Wi-Fi connection. Press and hold the recharge button and the start / pause button on the robot at the same time for 3 seconds, then reconnect the robot to the Anker eufy app.
-
Check whether the router signal is good. Connect your phone to the Wi-Fi and confirm that the network is working well.
-
Check the distance between the robot and the router. Place the robot next to the router and check whether the connection is restored.
-
If the connection still cannot be restored after the steps above, please contact customer service.
