If the map or the furniture is inaccurate, please check the following.
- The accuracy of the map is affected by the environment, and the map becomes more accurate as the number of cleaning sessions increases. If the map is inaccurate, you can edit the map manually (for example, divide or merge rooms).
2. The S2 Pro uses radar and vision to identify furniture features and model them in the app. Due to the influence of lighting and recognition features, the position or shape of some furniture may deviate. We recommend going to the map page in the app and selecting Edit Map > Furniture to delete, add, or move furniture.
3. If you do not want to use the 3D map, you can select Map Display and switch to 2D, or choose not to show furniture on the 3D map.
4. Due to furniture type priorities, some special types of furniture, such as billiard tables, are not supported for now. Your feedback on unsupported furniture will be passed on to the Anker technical team, and this feature may be added in a future update.
