Before installing the Smart Lock C34/E30, please ensure that your door meets the following compatibility requirements:

Compatible Door Types

• Material: Wooden and steel doors.

Required Door Specifications

• Cross Bore Diameter: 38 mm to 54 mm

• Backset (center of bore to edge): 60 mm or 70 mm

• Edge Bore (Latch Hole) Diameter: 25 mm

• Door Thickness: 35 mm to 55 mm

• Distance from Lock to Handle/Latch: Greater than 45 mm from the cross borehole. Ensure sufficient clearance for outer lock assembly.

Note: Pay special attention to the distance between the cross borehole and any adjacent hardware, such as handle-sets or latch installations. This spacing must exceed 45 mm to ensure the outer components of the Smart Lock fit properly.
