Request a Compatible Deadbolt Spacer
After verifying your proof of purchase, eufy Support Engineers will send you a compatible deadbolt spacer designed for use with the Smart Lock C34/E30.
Note: Do not attempt to force installation using incompatible components, as this may affect the Smart Lock’s performance.
