Check Battery Level and Proximity
Ensure the Smart Lock C34/E30 has sufficient battery power. Additionally, make sure you are standing close to the Smart Lock during the connection process.

Verify Bluetooth Settings
On your smartphone, confirm that Bluetooth is turned on and functioning properly.

Enable Location Services (Android Only)
If you are using an Android smartphone, make sure the Location Services feature is enabled. This is required for Bluetooth connectivity on certain Android versions.

Reboot the Smart Lock
If the issue persists after completing the troubleshooting steps above, reboot your Smart Lock C34/E30. To do this, press the button located next to the USB-C port at the bottom of the Smart Lock.
