If the keypad on your Smart Lock C34/E30 is unresponsive when pressed, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Check Battery Level
Ensure the Smart Lock has sufficient battery power. A low or depleted battery can cause the keypad to stop functioning.

Reboot the Smart Lock
Press the button next to the USB-C port located at the bottom of the Smart Lock to reboot the device. This may resolve temporary glitches affecting the keypad.

Use External Power (If Needed)
If the keypad remains unresponsive and the battery is depleted:

Remove the waterproof cover from the USB-C port at the bottom of the Smart Lock.

Connect a power bank to the USB-C port to temporarily power on the Smart Lock.

Once powered, check if the keypad becomes responsive.
