1. Family and Guest

This feature is used to share app access to your Smart Lock.

• Admin Users:

  • Can lock and unlock the Smart Lock via the eufy app.

  • Have full access to Smart Lock settings.

  • Can configure the Manage Access feature.

• Guest Users:

  • Can lock and unlock the Smart Lock via the eufy app.

  • Cannot access or change Smart Lock settings.

This feature is ideal for giving trusted users remote control of your Smart Lock through the eufy app.

2. Manage Access

This feature is used to manage the local (offline) access to your Smart Lock.

• Create individual passcodes for each authorized user.

• Set custom access schedules.

• Ideal for providing access to users without requiring app access.
