Launch the eufy app on your smartphone.

Access Your Smart Lock
From the device list, tap on your Smart Lock C34/E30 to open its main control screen.

Connect to the Smart Lock
Ensure the app connects to your Smart Lock via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

Tap “Lock Events”
On the main control screen, tap “Lock Events” located in the bottom-left corner.

View Events
The Events page will display a list of recorded activities, including lock/unlock events and access attempts.
