To create a new passcode for your Smart Lock C34/E30, please follow the steps below:

Open the eufy App
Launch the eufy app on your smartphone.

Select Your Smart Lock
From the device list, tap on your Smart Lock C34/E30 to open its main control screen and connect to the Smart Lock.

Go to Manage Access
Tap the “Manage Access” feature located at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Add a New Passcode
Tap “Add Access”, then follow the on-screen instructions to:

Assign a name to the user.

Set a new passcode.

Choose access type.

Save the Settings
Once you've completed the setup, the new passcode will be added and immediately available for use.
Note: You can manage, edit, or delete passcodes at any time from the Manage Access menu.
