Smart Lock C34/E30: How to Unlock or Lock Smart Lock Using a Passcode?
To unlock or lock your Smart Lock C34/E30 using a passcode, please follow the steps below:
To Unlock the Smart Lock

Wake Up the Keypad
Gently tap the keypad area with your palm to activate the screen.

Enter Your Passcode
Use the keypad to input your registered passcode.

Confirm the Passcode
Press the ✓ (Check) button on the keypad.

Unlock Successful
If the passcode is correct, the Smart Lock will automatically unlock.
To Lock the Smart Lock
Simply wake the keypad and press the ✓ (Check) button without entering a passcode.
Note: Make sure your passcode has been set up in the eufy app before using this feature.
