To update an existing passcode on your Smart Lock C34/E30, please follow the steps below:

Open the eufy app on your smartphone.

Navigate to the main screen for your Smart Lock C34/E30 and ensure you are connected to the Smart Lock.

Tap Manage Access, located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Select the user profile for which you want to update the passcode.

Enter the new passcode when prompted, and save your changes. Your new passcode will be applied immediately.
