The Smart Lock C34/E30 is designed to automatically check for and install firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security. However, you can also manually check for updates through the eufy app.
To Manually Check for a Firmware Update

Open the eufy app on your smartphone.

Select your Smart Lock C34/E30 from the device list.

Tap Lock Settings.

Navigate to General > About Device.

Tap Check for Firmware Update.
If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to install it. Ensure your smartphone has a stable internet connection and remains close to the Smart Lock during the update process.
Note: Do not operate the Smart Lock or close the eufy app while the update is in progress.
