You can unlock your Smart Lock C34/E30 using voice commands with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. Follow the steps below for each platform:
Using Amazon Alexa

Enable the Smart Lock C34/E30 in the Alexa App:

Open the Alexa app.

Go to "Devices" > "Add Device" > "Lock".

Select eufy and follow the prompts to link your account.

Once linked, your Smart Lock C34/E30 will appear as a device in Alexa.

Enable Unlock by Voice:

Open the Alexa app > Devices > [Your Lock] > Settings.

Enable Unlock by Voice. Please be aware you may be prompted to set up a voice PIN for added security.
Note: For security reasons, Alexa may require you to say a voice PIN to confirm the unlock request.
Using Google Assistant

Link Your Smart Lock C34/E30:

Open the Google Home app.

Tap “+” > Set up device > Works with Google.

Search for eufy and link your account.

Set Up a Security Passcode:

Google Assistant will prompt you to create a 4-digit security code during setup.

This code will be required each time you issue a voice command to unlock the Smart Lock.
Note: This is a mandatory security step to prevent unauthorized access via voice commands.
