Smart Lock C34/E30: Troubleshooting Offline Issues

If your Smart Lock C34/E30 appears offline in the app, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  1. Check Battery Level

Ensure the Smart Lock C34/E30 has sufficient battery power. You can confirm this by unlocking the device using the passcode keypad. If the battery is low, replace or recharge the batteries as needed.

  1. Confirm Wi-Fi Network Status

Verify that your home Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. Check if other devices connected to the same network have internet access.

  1. Reboot the Smart Lock

Reboot the Smart Lock C34/E30 by pressing the button located next to the USB-C port at the bottom of the device. This can help resolve minor connectivity issues.

  1. Reconnect via Bluetooth and Update Network Settings

Using the eufy app, connect to the Smart Lock C34/E30 via Bluetooth. Once connected, navigate to the Smart Lock’s Network settings and reconfigure or update the Wi-Fi connection if necessary.
