If your Smart Lock C34/E30 fails to calibrate, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:

Ensure the Door is Closed
Make sure the door is fully closed while you are inside the house.

Open the eufy App
Launch the eufy app on your smartphone.

Navigate to Lock Calibration
Go to Lock Settings > Lock Calibration.

Start Calibration
Tap on Calibrate the Lock. The Smart Lock C34/E30 will begin the calibration process automatically.
