If your Smart Lock C34/E30 is unable to detect your Wi-Fi network during setup, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
-
Check Router and Network Visibility
-
Ensure your router is functioning properly and broadcasting the Wi-Fi network.
-
If your network name (SSID) is hidden, tap "Others" on the Wi-Fi selection screen and manually enter your Wi-Fi name and password.
-
Verify Signal Coverage
Confirm that the Smart Lock C34/E30 is within the Wi-Fi coverage range of your router. If the signal is weak or unstable, consider moving your router closer to the door or using a Wi-Fi extender.

Rescan for Wi-Fi Networks
In the eufy app, try rescanning the available Wi-Fi networks to refresh the list and detect nearby signals.
-
Reset the Smart Lock
